However, we know there may be instances when a return or exchange is required. Please follow the following instructions prior to beginning a return or exchange:
🚫 Change of Mind
We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. To ask for an exchange, you have to:
You will need to provide a valid receipt.
Give a valid reason for the exchange.
Ensure the product is:
Unused in its prime condition and undisturbed packaging.
In a resalable condition.
Please send your exchange request within 7 days from the ordering date.
Note: SkinCarePak reserves the right to reject exchanges due to change of mind
⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Products
If you get a damaged or defective product, you may be entitled to a replacement under the following circumstances:
A clear picture displaying the damage needs to be submitted to our customer service team.
You must add a valid proof of purchase to your claim.
Only the same item will be replaced with the same item — substituting different products is not permitted.
📦 Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for the returns shipping, by courier of choice, and at customer’s expense.
There will be no acceptance of Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) return shipments.
❌ Exclusions
Sales and promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable.
⏱️ Processing Time
As soon as we receive your returned product, we will take 1-2 weeks to process the exchange.
